Hello everyone,
Sorry I haven't posted since last week, had to have a break for a weekend and gather more ideas for all of you! I'm laying this blog out a little differently today hopefully you like it and let me know in the comments or on my social medias if you like the layout! Today as you can see from the title we are going to be looking at the Jeffree Star Blood Sugar Pallet, have to say one of the best eyeshadow pallets I have ever tried. I have to point this out now that I am a big fan of his and I watch his youtube videos and follow him on all social media. Anyway I'm coming off the subject.
- Price £48
- 18 shadows a mix between mattes, pressed glitter and metallics.
- It's vegan
- Cruelty free
- You can create so many looks with this pallet what's not to love!
If you would like to buy this pallet or to get more information go to jeffreestar.com to buy.
Or if you are in the UK like me then go to beautybay.com to get the pallet also.

Beautiful isn't it!
Like I say you can do so many looks with these eyeshadows, you can't really go wrong with them either. The formula is so smooth and silky that they are incredibly easy to blend, they also blend well together as I know with some shadows you mix some colours together and they look like mud or they just don't blend at all. The pigment for these are insane I have swatched these for you all so you can see what they look like on skin, mind I have never swatched before so bare with me on this.
Be aware that the pink shades do stain the eyes but nothing to be scared of. It will come off in a few days but when you are doing your makeup and with concealer and eyeshadow primer, the pink will be covered for other colours to be used.
Here are the swatches (I have pale skin so theY will look different on deeper skin tones than mine)

Just wow wow wow!
Of course if you use primer underneath then you will get more pigment come through and they will look better.
Well let's get to my opinion on whether I think it's worth it!
Let's be real you are all thinking Kay, of course you'll say get it as you love his brand. Even if I wasn't a fan of his you can't go wrong with this pallet and you can't not love the look of it.
It doesn't affect my skin like I thought it would as some shadows from different brands have done in the past and I have to stop using them and stop using makeup for a while so my skin can recover!
I do love this pallet a lot and I have brought another one as my backup and next one I can use. These last ages I have used these so much and it still looks like I haven't really touched them. I clearly have my favourites in the pallet the swatches in the top picture I have used over and over again and blood sugar in the bottom picture I use on the outer v of the eye.
Does it affect eczema prone skin, no I haven't had any reactions to it. My eye area is very sensitive and it does tend to water a lot when it's the summertime so having anything on the lower lash line won't last so I usually just wear them on the lid and I haven't had any itching or burning so I think if you do suffer as much or littler than me then I think that you will be able to use it, but like I will always say you have to try things for yourself, as everyone is different so what works for me might not work for you so please be careful with what you are trying and also make sure you are being extra careful around the eye area.
I hope you have enjoyed this post I have for you today! I have started a patreon to help get out to more people and also ask for a little help with continuing these post as buying all this makeup myself is getting a little expensive. I won't be asking for much but I will have 3 different tiers of payment but each one will have It's own special point to hopefully make it worth it for you to buy into it. As they are a monthly thing you can stop at anytime you like or not start at all, I'm not asking you to start it and then find it hard to pay it, if you would like to lead me a hand in helping this blog grow more then I would really appreciate it a lot. I will leave a link in the next post once I have everything set up and I can explain it more on here and all across my social media's which are all linked on this blog site.
Thank you so much for reading. Hopefully you've been enjoying this lovely weather that we've been having lately, I hope it lasts fingers crossed!! let me know in the comments which pallet you like to use or whether after reading this you will look into buying the blood sugar pallet.
See you all in the next one! X
