Does Tarteist Pro Amazonian Clay Palette work on sensitive eyes?

Hello my make up lovers!

Hope you have had a good week and an amazing weekend so far.

Now this week I have another palette for you from tartecosmetics.

I bought this palette off of tartecosmetics.com

- The price I paid for this was £47

- There's 16 shadows in this palette

- With 4 micro-shimmer shades

- With a lovely mirror

- Mineral pigment

- Infused with Amazonian clay for smooth blending

- This will include a step by step guide to help you get a amazing look

If you want any more information about this palette or anything from this brand then please go to their site and have a look to see what you think.

Let's have a look at the colours

As you can see from the picture you can get a lot of amazing looks with this one palette. Got some neutral shades to help with the blending of the other shades, you have some browns to deepen the crease if you wanted too, some darker shades for the outer v of the eye and the shimmers on the right to give your eye look an extra wow factor.

I have done some swatches so you can have an idea of what they will look like but they will look different on the eye, I have learned from the beauty community that you shouldn't be relying on finger swatches to let you know what the pay off will be but can show the colour on your skin.

This is the first couple of rows with the name of each shadow

This is the rest of the shadows along with the shimmer shades

As you can tell from the pictures they are pigmented, sorry that my swatching skills aren't that amazing right now but they say practise makes perfect, but you do get the idea of what the colours shall look like on your eye, they will be more pigmented if you add a primer down before you put eyeshadow on.

Does this work on sensitive eyes?

Yes I think it can as you all know I have sensitive eyes but unfortunately this didn't go down well for my eyes. I tried for a week or so thinking it was maybe some of the shadows but I couldn't use any of them without it being really powdery and just so itchy for the eyes, I couldn't tell if this was the shadows being powdery or something, I still haven't worked out what it could be. But I think if you don't really suffer with your eyes then I think that this could be a really good palette to have.

Would I buy this again?

No I personally wouldn't be buying this again and for the price of it you can get some better shadows for your money, if I buy something for almost £50 I want it to work well and actually be happy with what I got. When I brought this I was happy with the colours as they will do for an everyday look but for me they weren't as amazing as I thought they would be, I think it is a good palette but I just can't and won't use it again. I would be happy if I didn't have the sensitive eyes, I would happily use it again but having come all the way from America just to use it somehow doesn't work out, as you have to pay to get it into the UK.

If you want to use this palette then definitely use it but if you want to save some money there are plenty of other places you can look for the same/similar shades to get from other brands, like Makeup Revolution they are an inexpensive brand but have a lot of things to choose from.

I hope you have enjoyed the post I had for you this week. I know last weeks one was a long one but I thought that I would finish up that part and then get back to my regular posts.

Tell me what you think of this palette and whether you think you would use it, maybe you have and you should share your thoughts on it with me and my readers.

Also before I leave if you sign up to this blog you will hopefully get a notification come through to let you know I've posted a new blog also it's free so who doesn't like something for free also check out my social medias as I have everything linked to my page or if you have Facebook keep an eye on Kayleigh Campbell as I give updates and just have a general chit chat with everyone on there.
